What does 25/8 sell?
25/8 offers original apparel, spirit wear, custom apparel services, DTF transfers, design services, accessories and other products as they are added to the store. Availability varies by collection and production schedule.
How do I start a custom design project?
Use the Create a Design Request form. It collects your project goal, audience, exact wording, product, preferred colors, inspiration, artwork status, deadline, budget range and desired deliverables. Submitting the brief is a request for review; the project becomes active only after scope, pricing and acceptance are confirmed.
What is the difference between Design Services and a Custom Request?
Design Services explains the types of creative help available, how the design process works and the project terms. The Custom Request page is the actual guided brief used to submit a project for review.
Can I send artwork I found online?
Only if you have the rights or permission needed for the requested use. Logos, school or team marks, characters, celebrity images, photographs and other material can be protected by intellectual-property or publicity rights. 25/8 may request authorization or decline the asset.
What is a design revision?
A revision is an adjustment to an existing concept, such as changing wording, color, placement or a limited visual element. A complete change of direction, new concept or new deliverable can be treated as additional scope.
When does my custom-project timeline begin?
Unless otherwise agreed, timing begins after the required brief information, usable assets, applicable payment and project acceptance are complete. Late feedback, changed specifications or delayed approval can move the schedule.
What should I check before approving a proof?
Review spelling, names, dates, numbers, colors, logos, placement, quantities and other visible details. Approval authorizes production based on that proof. Errors present in an approved proof are generally the customer’s responsibility unless law or a specific agreement provides otherwise.
How long does shipping take?
Production and carrier transit are separate. Ready-to-ship items and custom products can have different preparation times, and carrier estimates begin after pickup. See Shipping & Delivery for full details.
How do I report a wrong, damaged or missing order?
Use the Order Issue form. Include the order number, affected item, quantity, issue type and a clear explanation. Photos or other evidence may be requested depending on the problem.
What if I am not satisfied with an order?
Review the Satisfaction Guarantee and submit an Order Issue. Qualifying issues are reviewed for an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, reprint, replacement, credit or refund depending on the facts.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom, personalized and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production begins, except for qualifying 25/8 errors, defects, or rights provided by applicable law. See Returns & Refunds.
What if a DTF transfer does not adhere correctly?
Stop using the affected batch when practical and submit an Order Issue. Include the substrate, heat-press model, temperature, time, pressure, peel method and post-press steps. Transfer performance can be affected by both manufacturing quality and application conditions.
Do digital purchases include commercial-use rights?
Not automatically. Digital products are licensed under the listing and any applicable license. Review the Licensing Agreement and the specific product terms before commercial use.
Are student, military or first-responder discounts active?
Only when the store displays a current offer and working verification method. The Verified Discounts page explains the planned structure and current status.
