REPORT A COPYRIGHT CONCERN.

COPYRIGHT & DMCA NOTICE

25/8 respects copyright and will review good-faith reports concerning material that appears on a 25/8-controlled website, product listing or other content channel. This page provides a practical copyright complaint process. It is not a representation that 25/8 has registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, and it does not replace any formal statutory requirement that may apply to a particular claimant or service.

1. Before submitting a complaint

Make sure the material you are reporting is actually controlled by 25/8 and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner. Consider whether the use may be authorized, licensed or otherwise lawful before submitting a takedown request.

2. Information to include

To help us evaluate a copyright complaint, provide: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification and location of the material you want reviewed; your name and reliable contact information; a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law; a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature or other legally sufficient authentication.

3. Where to send a complaint

Send copyright complaints to legal@258apparelstudio.com with a clear subject such as “Copyright Complaint.” Include direct links or enough identifying information for us to locate the material.

4. Review and interim action

We may request additional information, temporarily restrict access to material, remove content, contact the customer or uploader, or take other reasonable action while a complaint is reviewed. Action taken during review is not necessarily a final determination of ownership or infringement.

5. False or misleading reports

Copyright notices can have legal consequences. Do not knowingly submit false claims, misrepresent ownership or omit material facts. If you are unsure whether you have a valid legal claim, consider consulting qualified counsel before submitting a formal notice.

6. Response from the affected customer or uploader

If content you supplied is removed or restricted and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact us with the project or order information and explain the basis for your position. Formal counter-notice procedures can carry statutory requirements and legal consequences; obtain legal advice if you intend to rely on a formal statutory counter-notice process.

7. Repeat or serious infringement concerns

25/8 may refuse or terminate projects that repeatedly present credible infringement concerns, subject to applicable law, contractual obligations and the facts available to us.

8. Customer-supplied content

Customers who direct 25/8 to reproduce logos, images, characters, marks or other material remain responsible for having the necessary rights. A customer’s representation of authorization does not prevent a rights holder from contacting us with a good-faith complaint.

9. Other intellectual-property claims

Trademark, right-of-publicity, privacy and other noncopyright claims may require different legal analysis. You may still contact us with supporting information, but this copyright complaint process does not convert every intellectual-property dispute into a DMCA claim.

10. Legal rights

Nothing on this page waives rights or procedures established by applicable law. This page is intended to help 25/8 receive enough information to review a complaint responsibly.
